1. Online: Log into your Starbox account at www.starbox.net and click on the "Help" icon to access online help or download helpful user guides.

2. Email: Send an e-mail with your inquiry to "help@starboxsupport.net"

3. Phone: Call us at 1-888-378-8096, Monday–Friday, 8am–6pm EST, regarding setup or technical questions about your Starbox account. Be sure to have your account number available, as well as the type of computer and operating system you're running on.
